Masonry contractor 312masonry, INC builds new CMU masonry fire walls (2hour fire rating) for all sectioned walls including storage area, bathroom and shower walls for indoor pool area in Kildeer Illinois using type-S mortar (2 hour fire rating), masonry tuck-point sand, masonry scaffolding, MoreFlex* caulking, water pocket with solvent and Sherwin Williams* primer and acrylic top coat.

312masonry, INC provided the space for all plumbing and electricity components to be ran through the CMU block masonry walls including all pipes and the very detailed 1/32” masonry cutting of the CMU blocks to provide the electrical boxes in all areas.

All CMU block walls were finished with insulation as well as Dry-Lok* painted waterseal after Prosoco SureKlean* chemical wash to protect from and water and moisture damage.

Project consisted of five employees for 45 days and 7,000 CMU Blocks (6”x8”x16”). 312masonry, INC also removed all debris resulting from the operation and from the premises in a neat, workmanlike manner.
